- Performing pre-site inspections (pictures and video)
- Looking for key elements on the property that will be a factor in service. (Fire hydrants, storms drains, awnings, stamped concrete or pavers, public transportation stations, loading docks, handicap areas and ramps, cart corrals)
- Develop a plan for designated areas to push and pile snow. Evaluated to low elevation on the property.
- If applicable, mark the property with snow poles or stakes before the ground freezes.
- If applicable, delivery of equipment and materials on site.
- Set up property for Weather Service Monitoring.
